There is an issue with Paypal at the moment. When they process a payment they send out an IPN(...which is something like Instant Payment Notification), which our server will receive and process. But Paypal is having an issue sending those IPN's out currently. When they get things resolved, we'll have to see if they send out the IPNs or if things will need to be manually processed. Either way, you'll get what you paid for, and I can only apologize for the inconvenience and point accusingly at Paypal.
