DEMON- I agree with your point that gang privileges might motivate players to level up, but Ajja seems to be attempting to steer away from gang discussion (probably because people seem to ask rather stupid questions and act obnoxiously when the subject comes up). You shouldn't assume tone from typed words. She might think you're an idiot, but you can't know this for a fact. Also, as a counterpoint to "well, she asked for ways...", players might also be motivated by $20 prepaid Visa cards, but that doesn't make it any more likely to happen.
