I can't buy items from Raul_Duke on the open market it just comes up with a message saying we are listed as a duplicate account.  I don't understand why as I use my work computer and my home computer no one has access to this 100% Why would this be????? Just spoken to raul_duke he said if I log on through on orange mobile phone this could be why, is that right?

Possibly,you could've registered in that system or that man could've signed up in this system.

why do people who indicated they read the rules when signing up all of a sudden get surprised and uppity when the rules pertain to them?

Yeah alright could have read the rules in a little more detail and translated it from American to english! I am not uppity, it doesn't have a huge impact on me its just a bit annoying.  I am suprised as I am not great with all things tech and didn't realise that logging in though a mobile phone provider would create a dupe account.  Well you live and learn, thanks for the link and the quick response
