I was in the yard digging when i clicked my energy drink it said You're under the influence of Cocaine for the next 5 minutes 

Not a huge problem just allerting staff thanks

This happens sometimes, but rarely. I haven't pinpointed the bug, and it happens so rarely that I can't even test it.

I think the usual error that gets thrown is, "quest items can't be used in the yard" but both cases stem from the same bug, I believe.

Also just happened to me. Used a hot dog and got "You feel the effects of the rolled blunt"

I had my character take shrooms from my backpack also. I got knocked out in the yard and when that happened the mushrooms disappeared from my pack and I was suddenly under the influence
