Basically this is brought on by yxes and it saying that I abuse my power as mentor and dont send noobs anything. No I dont anymore! Plenty turn out to be dupes. But thats besides the point. The point is we arent here for the that. encourage the noobs to train an mug one another , teach them to raid take amens cause some drama take enjoyment out of people killing each other

when they ask for help i always specifically reply back with "sure, ill help you with any questions you might have" .... unfortunetely i dont send them things anymore, send one and youll have 47 beggars in your inbox within 2 hours.. and when they run out, theyre gonna come back

other than that i think the mentors roll is explained well enough, but most noobs dont know that

Mentors are not at all required to hand out items. I honestly would prefer if Mentors didn't give out items, and focused on helping new players with time and info. Hell, even if you kept a Notepad doc handy and copy-pasted responses to common questions, that would be a huge help.

But forced to give noobs items? Hell no. The cheap transfer prices exist so that if you do decide that somebody needs/deserves a little something, then you don't incur too much of a fee for it.

im a noob and I found the mentors to be very helpful but honestly this game is not that hard to play
