The favor links have always worked normally for me, enter the text go to voting page, enter some more text vote and get favor, recently however the links keep coming up with text in another laungage (previously it was english). While this may not completly stopped me from voting it is rather odd. why has it started doing it now, why does it happen more frequently now than last week, etc.  what's going on? Thanks

No, it's swedish for me. Only on the first link, though.

EDIT: With a refresh, it usually gives me the normal "jumbled letters" caption.

Pretty much what this guy said.

We have agreements with certain sites that post back to us, and that's when we reward Favors. We have no control over what they do on their end, because it's their website. The only thing we can do is, in the event that one of their sites doesn't function properly/is maliciious/doesn't reward/etc, we could remove the link.

Exactly. It's the australian voting link.

Edit: it's not even a bother, it says something like "Write this: (whatever swedish caption says)" so it's not like it's defective. Just strangely swedish.
