Im new to forum and i posted this tread in the wrong section at first so im just gonna post the same here... try not to judge me haha

So i bought favors from ear favors Matomy section cuz its the only way i can buy them directly with credit card and i didnt get any... it says that it could take up to 15minutes and its roughly 1,5h now and stil nothin. I also mailed the support and there is no reply... should i just wait or......???

Yes just wait. Ive had to wait 24 hours before

So its been more than 24h and still nothing... I mailed them showing the receipt and email confirmation and they dont even reply That sucks... i was really hyped about them favors

have you tried contacting matomy?

Yes... I mentioned it above ^ I emailed them like 4 times and they dont even reply

So maybe its not the best time but i tryied calling anyway and no answer so im gonna call them again tomorrow and hopefully theyll fix me my freakin favors... if not Im gonna go to the bank and see what the bank can do about... it since thats the only option i see

Ok, i filled out the refund form and now im waiting to get my money back since i really dont wanna deal with this anymore.. and yeah i already ordered my brand new visa so ill be able to use paypal! thx everyone for helping!
