I was close to getting an extra 15 favors (complete 5 within 24hrs) but after i filled a survey called "personal survey" it reset and it shows that i have not completed any to get the extra favors. I didnt even get the favors for that last survey but i took that up with the ad company. Any reason on why it would reset?
