I've been in Putnam for about 3 days now and I have been constantly trying to do SOMETHING in terms of climbing the tower, prostitution or raiding the machines and all of them fail every single time...  The closest I've got is 2 customers not being happy in prostitution!

Hopefully it'll work for me soon!!

Dont know if you have but, read the crime guide, it helped me out quite a bit

yo even with 3k speed u will fail a lot
