well i had to wait till lvl 4 to get wit a good orginized ganand it pays off to wait then to join any gang wen i first joined this game my dumb self tryed to make a gang that wus stuiped of me but i learned and now i can saythat i prolly got really good stats for a lvl 5

Well, you've been in the game a whole 30 minutes, try getting to know it first a bit more, and be active, you might sooner or later get an invite
