IMO I think it is fair as you high levels could easily mug it back...We need a way to fight back other then raiding when you guys are protected

it just seems to me all you people who train and play the game it was meant to be are getting a raw deal from those who live in the sb, have no interest in leveling or even trying to improve.

i tend to watch the sb, like most of you and i notice a lot of new players wanting to become stronger and faster than those around them only to be told by some level squatting, shoutbox living, no good idiot that they would be better of waiting until they have the complete cell etc etc well i for one am fed up of it!
