Gym notices missing

In the past few minutes, every time i train, the energy goes away and i get the stats, but the notice doesn't pop up.
I thought this was just a minor glitch, but when i went to the market and tried to buy something worth more than i had, no notice. So far, no notices have come up, and I was wondering what the problem was.

The notices aren't flash... but anywho, they show up for me...

This happens sometimes but only for a few minutes and than it goes back to normal.
