Ok, yeah, I don't play. Many politicians aren't murderers, but they have opinions about murderers. Anyway, I'd like to break down what you just said. Particularly your use of pronouns without introducing nouns.

What, exactly, is "it"? You say they changed "it". What did they "change"? As far as I see it, everything that existed before exists now with the same accessibility and function. All that happened was a new yard addition. So when you say "it", I have no clue what you're referring to. Care to clarify your point?

i think giving low levels a chance like this is good for the game and a fun twist...however..making them stronger than people who spent years is a slap in the face...equal is ok..but i dont see any failed mugs in my gang events..and thats all i get

It would be nice if rather than (and here I'm making an assumption based on how the stats seem to have played out) comparing your stats and putting them on a scale of 1-1500 the game would just have a base percentage of 1500 and add a percentage of your stats. I don't mean percentage literally, the number could be determined in any number of ways. The purpose would just be to bring the stat gap a little closer, while leaving higher levels with higher stats. That way rather than everyone having a similar chance to beat anyone, everyone would have a slightly higher chance to beat a higher level and a slightly lower chance to beat a lower level.

we could mug and wen u did u both ended up with low hp and low stamina now they changed it so we cant mug and we got noobs with no cells and no stats with higha stats than me in lousianna... wen we could mug it atleast gave me and many others a decent chance 2 win those who dont deserve 2 be smashing ppl like its nothing if thats fair then whatever

Ok once again they didn't disable the South Dakota yard. They added the Louisiana yard. So no, they didn't change the way mugging worked in the Louisiana yard. It's been that way since it was released. Also, you can still mug regularly outside of the yard so I don't see what the big deal is.

Once again, why is new content worse than no change to you people?
