Or say first time you open an item you have a 5% chance of getting a Unicorn of Sparkling Goodness amenity that makes KingTommy's flip normal for you and you alone.

This is an awesome amenity!

You open the item with a 5% chance of getting the magic unicorn and don't. So next time you open the item you get a 10% chance of getting the unicorn. Then a 15% chance. Until you do get the unicorn.
