Like a real prison...you shouldnt be able to rampage around the prisons attacking one person 20+ times

Each attack should raise your Heat Bar a star... the Heat Bar will consist of 5 stars!

First Attack: No isolation time

Second Attack: 2 mins Iso time

Third Attack: 5 mins Iso time

Fourth Attack: 10 mins Iso time

Fith Attack: 15 Mins Iso time

Of course to offset this Iso time each Tick (5 mins) Your star Lvl will go down Half a Star

If your a lower level attackin a higher level you will only gain half a star

haha, the alpha had something similar that never made it. It was like GTA's stars. The crazier you got, the closer you got to being thrown in isolation.

Also makes it strategic when gangs are released to how/who to attack ...Homie in prison you attack one person.get in one fight you get put into iso...so i think its a decent idea
