RJP, homie....to solve this matter real short and quick, its about respect for a persons time....time in makin a pic for someone, even if moe decided to go friends only and forgot about the pic ,the fact that they discussed the terms of making a pic and agreed upon said price is enough to warrent a valid claim at something...maybe callin her a full scammer may not be the right word for it...but being scammed out of time is still wrong....
