I took up a hit contract on Tecky for $1mill the poster lowered the hit to 30  minutes. I infirmed him for 23 minutes. Then I infirmed him for another 23 minutes and it said the hit was 53% complete. I infirmed him again for 10 minutes and it says 66%. Thats clearly way more then 30 minutes. Just wondering if this is a bug or glitch or what.

Then that would only be on 3x 30 minute hits. But if one is an hour one is 30 minutes and one is for 2 days infirm then I can see how the division plays out. But anyway I closed the hit and resigned the other 2 on him

They're divided evenly, regardless of total time. This is to prevent players from taking out multiple hits and completing them all with far too much ease.
