Putting a reason on a hit sounds like a good idea. Yes, it would save a lot of hassle people asking why they have a hit out on them. Inmates may put some stupid reasons but there will be people who will put real reason which makes it more interesting. Good suggestion in my eyes.

Not a bad idea although honestly all my hits put out under reasons would probably say something like dont worry about it just hit them and collect your money
