I don't know if this has been mentioned before, I only briefly scanned the other threads but I think members should be able to add other members to a hitlist. Maybe they get attacked or mugged by someone else but don't have the stats to fight back at that time or if the member logs off, they can add him to the hitlist so they'll remember to seek revenge at a later date.

Are you speaking a public hitlist, or a private one more like a friends/enemies list?

 Hmm probably just a private one, but if the member chooses to he or she may allow his/her gang or friends to view it so they can help their buddy out
