Is there any criteria or qualification? Or i can join any gang??? Or to be more precise how can i join a gang so that my game may progress???

Gangs are not an actual implemented part of PB. They are a group of players who have the same banner and stick together. Each gang has different set of criteria to join so just look at this thread and find one
