Christiinaz, you will get attacked a few times during your first few days but after that things will start to die down. There are a few things you'll need to know and do before getting started.

Training: Only train when your stamina is 100% to get the best results when training. You also want to make sure your NRG is full as well, it'll take 20 minutes for all your stats to be full again as your not a respected player. You'll want to stock up on Bottle of Water's, Chocolate bars and Energy drinks. All these will give you NRG and Stamina.

Amenities: As your new to the game you'll want to stock up on amenities for you cell, these will give you an extra boost to your stats. As you'll be training for the first few weeks, you'll need to stock up on amenities that give your energy & stamina, those amenities will increase your energy and stamina.

Cell Size: You can increase your cell size by using favours. You can either buy favours or get favours from voting, it's important that you vote everyday for favours as these will be a big help for you. With favours you can upgrade your cell size, this will mean that you can hold more amenities in your cell, the more amenities you have in your cell the better.

Favours: You can do two things with favours and that's upgrade your cell size or buy amenities. Personally I wouldn't waste time buying amenities with your favours, save them to upgrade your cell size.

Search The Yard: You can search the yard every hour, I'd advise that you search in one go as you'll get a better result. From searching the yard you'll gain extra money and items, so make sure you search the yard every hour.

Games: You can play games as well, playing games will help towards getting more cash. On some games you can play 2 or 3 times every hour, so make sure you play these games every hour to rake in more cash.
