Your friend can jump on your computer and play but because you're using the same IP, you will be marked as dupes and you won't be able to send items or cash, etc. to each other. I personally think your friend should keep on playing on his own PC...

Yes, you'll be marked as dupes. Don't care if registration locations are different (people often make accounts somewhere else, then slip up and log in from home and get busted). So yes, you'll be dupes, and if one of you gets banned, the other goes with it. No exceptions.
