We've always been able to do that, stop making useless threads because you want a little attention. Staff can't go around and stop EVERY single instance where you can walk on top of joe. They do stop the exits but that's about the only place you can't.

I dont see anything wrong with reporting a minor glitch or whatever, but yeah this is silly... i think paloma was put on this earth just to be annoying lol

Actually, it was recently modified. We are aware of the fact that it's now easier to walk on top of Joe.

Regardless, you've always been able to do it, and it's been discussed. But Joe's not meant to block inmates, so there's nothing to fix.
