I wish I knew why the surgeon wasn't loading for players, but I can't offer any insight. Maybe make sure your flash player is updated? Try it in different browsers?

If anyone has a non-loading surgeon, if you can get it to work, please explain how you did so here. I've tried it on multiple computers, and it loads fine right away. So we can't find what's making it not load for certain players.

I had trouble with it one day but I just re-booted and it worked fine. Then it happened again so I upgraded my flash player and haven't had problems since.
