Train.

I believe you get the best gains in NJ.

No , less space in cell . Best is probably Putnam i think .

Dont crime , build a good training cell with energy and stamina and train .

It's too late for all that, I'm level 4 and 99% exp, I'm just sitting on the fence waiting ^_^

Well when there was four prison.

let's say for example me.

I trained in NJ and got 440

Then lvl'd to az

And trained and got 360

With same cell size and ammens but of course your gonna expand your cell and THEN get better gains.
