Mufasa could you make the infirmary/isolation pay now links come out of the bank like is done on the minigames?
I have ran into this issue as well. Where you have the money, but can't access the bank to withdraw it to bribe your way out.

I considered that, but leaving it as-is would have you keep some cash on hand while pulling off crimes.
