Items came out of inventory, but the effects did not kick in (no stam or energy jump).  The message said  "you used ____".  But did not name item as usual.  Tested different items, effected all (e drinks, lg water, small water).

No big deal, just wanted to post it when I noticed it.

 Tried it after the 5 minute tick, here is the exact message.

You also can't see items in the open market and in the junk collector in Arizona.

i have the problem like compton i used water them nothin it went out of my inventory and my stamina didnt go up [i used small water bottle]

I have used different items to see if it was just one. I get this same thing every time " You feel the effects of the " and that is it. I thought it was something with my computer so I kept trying but nothing is still happening and have used lots of different items to check the outcome.

Look at the market they are all blank. Maybe mufasa is updating them.
