I have. From philthy_mcnasty's screenshot it looks as though he's either on the roof or on cement tile. But I don't know how to get onto the roof.

The one you see when you click the globe next to your coordinates. Just found out how to get up it. He's not there.

when i talk to jim in az he offers to buy my parts off me so i took some matter injecotrs and he was only offering cash so i didnt even sell em to him

I was in a house its not there when your inside. And yeah I was serious the only time I look at my coordinates is if im ko'ed and got something good on me and need assistance
