While I will never pay for something via paypal from anyone in an online game, my own "common sense" kicking in. The excuse of "A Prison Game" is one of convenience. Sorry, but it is. People will use that excuse until it is used against them from what I have seen.

Speaking from experience and I know a few others (whom I will not name) know what I am talking about. But yes, prison is filled with some of societies lowest people. However, if someone gets scammed or shit taken from them, retaliation is followed closely behind, whatever that may be. So the basic "it's a prison game you should expect to get ripped off" bullshit I keep hearing is just what I said, bullshit. If that's the case perhaps people should send out a verified home address along with their paypal account info so if they get scammed someone can come actually beat the shit out of them? Would make it fair would it not?

All that aside, it is common sense to not pay for something before services are rendered. No matter what or how many times you deal with someone or a business. For instance, when was the last time you prepaid for cable or power? Certain circumstances are implied with that last sentence but I hope you get the meaning of it.

Personally I really wish Mu would put a stop to Paypal transfers all together. It does nothing but hurt the games economy and in fact the game itself. If there were no paypal, maybe, just maybe people would put more money into the game itself.

My 2 cents on it anyway. Not saying JL did or didn't do anything, but I am sick of people using "it's a prison game" as an excuse for anything. They want to tie in this game to RL when in fact most have no idea what the inside of the walls really look like outside of T.V. And coming from working inside, those who "think" they know, haven't got a clue.

Did I say you "have' to read it? If you don't want to, no one is forcing you. I could have been like most and just thrown up a wall of text with a couple of "..." in between my sentences and not put in any paragraphs. As a matter of fact, that is about as proper of English as you can get here on PB. It's shouldn't be that hard to read.
