The Warden appreciates how much you support the prison, so he's granted you a special avatar set: "KISS" well before anyone else has access to it and for free! The Surgeon has been made aware of this, go see him.

... which means everyone will have em soon. idk what determined the group of people who got that event but im sure it was a legitimate reason. not somethin worth questioning. IMHO
