ABkiller and 9111337 got em that i know of and tbh they're really good if ur a speed trainer lol, 24 amens with 3% speed isnt so bad if u got a high base speed^^

only ones that have/close to a set are 911/blue/kdawg/AB i believe

i have 7 myself but theres no need to equip them unless theres a war where the speed is needed or an event for the BP slots, 3% will go a long way when ur base is good
