I was attacked last by a level 9 while in SQ yard but i thought SQ only went to level 8?

Also

When i use ie i cant start a thread no matter how long the post is (i've had some a couple paragraphs long to test) it will say the Post is too Short its only in ie and only when starting threads i can make as many comments as i like (i've tried it on various computers always get the same error)

its called power leveling. At midnight game time the game will auto transport that player to next prison. Ive seen level 11's in NJ, 11's in SQ and 17's in Putnam. It happens when people get tired of being in same prison so they power level up and do what they want while still in their prison.
