I agree here. Not only did Chilla come up with that idea and give out the top prize, but in regards to his crew, I mean what can I say. The man is more than fair, tactical, patient ( not only in timing of certain "events" but also patient in dealing with new people ), is more than helpful when it comes to gathering amens for those that are wanting to actually play the game.

Even outside of the realm of the game I know Chilla is a good leader. Hell, it's not hard to see that being a leader myself. He treats everyone of every rank with respect, but also knows how and when to deal with someone that isn't in the best interest of the family.

Truth be told, such well rounded individuals are a rarity. My vote is for Chilla.
