Recruitment rules.
1. Must be at least a level 4 with more than a 4x4 cell and decent amenity set up.
2. Must have no prior feuds with any individual or gang.
3. No Gang hoppers or Dupes.
4. I don't do handouts so if you do join don't beg please.
5. Lastly if you do join MC it is not a reason to start fights or wars. I will kick you out and let you handle the problem yourself if it is a stupid reason.
