Gday Mu.Thought I would make a thread as I have sent messages through contact but haven't received a reply . During the half time firesale we had during block bowl event , I brought ammens from firesale and after event was over I went and checked events against my protected ammens. I noticed that i was missing an easter basket I got from firesale. I already had 2 protected easter basket in my cell and have had those for few years now.

I was wondering if you could looking into this and fix it or replace favors if possible , it would be greatly appreciated .

Sorry man, I see 2 baskets and 2 baskettes in your cell. You seem to have cleared your events though, and as it was 7 days ago, the other logs have been purged. I have no way of confirming this.

yeah I cleared my events as I thought you would still be able to see them or find them on server or that.. Dont like having pages of events so i delete them often..I did send msges to contact button about on the day it happen or the next day and waited for a reply and as I remember you isolating people for sending to many msges and that I didnt want to push my luck if you were looking into it which is why I waited for bit before making this thread.. I did copy and paste all the events from purchases during firesale and saved to my notes.

But i get what your saying you cant be sure if Im being honest . Just out of curiosity can you see have many favors or how many extra ammens i got on the day of firesale as i could post all the saved events here and you can compare it . Or if u can access my notes to compare to the amount of favors or extra ammens in cell. If not guess I have learnt a lesson to only delete attacks,mugs and when someone post to a thread I'm following..

I dont show any messages from you. Did you get a response with a ticket number?

Not that i saw. Just a box saying msg has been sent I think . I used the contact button next to the shoutbox button on top of page..

seems the contact button isn't working as in another thread someone else sent msg through contact button and didnt get ticket or anything either. so the 2 msges i sent before the logs were purged which could of helped with what i asking you to looking into didnt go anywhere due to contact button not working .

Really odd, can you point out the thread? I do see messages coming in, and respond to them, but perhaps something is happening causing some to get lost.

I added in some checks to see what was up. I tried one myself and got the email tho. Really odd

I get that deleting events doesn't help with proving that I didn't get the ammen , but if the contact button had been working correctly I'm pretty sure you would been able to check logs and what ever else before they were purged and seen that i was indeed down an easter basket.. So is there any way you can check my favors spent during firesale against ammen I received or how many extra ammens I had after firesale. Or is that the logs that were purged. Dont know much about computers or servers and that which is why I am asking.
