I was wondering if it is time to change the way the top 25 is listed in PB? I dont think the levels are the best way to determine it? I see llvl 17's and 18's that can get killed by lvl 15's I see lvl 18's that can beat lvl 20's and 21's? Just wondering?

Maybe it could be determined on amount of fights won?

fights, then every lvl 15 will be killing lvl 10's????

Aaah true. Maybe fights against their own level, but then their wouldnt be no level 24's for 911 etc. So that wouldnt work. Stats sounds like the best idea.
