yeah it was something i noticed but no disrespect to you Mufasa but ive got a few questions

A millionaire is somebody who has done or had one of the following :

1: Has been given alot of money

2 : Has earned alot of money

3: Has got a very good buisness

4 : Has sold a very well established buisness

Why would some millionaire who has worked for his millions give it to his brother to spend on a Game ?

if he isnt going to do it for his brother by controlling what he can spend why would he top his mobile phone up which is more in the long run than using Paypal ?

I understand he aint gonna hand you his details but you can get cards you top up which would cost him less as far as im aware going by text is more exspensive.

Its like me been a millionaire and giving $300 a day for my brother to go and spend on drugs ? Would i ?  Nahhhhhh

Id rather give it to the people that need it like a charity or something. But really is it believable that this guys brother will give him $300 a day there s got to be something wrong. Just to add :
