Definately not whining.....just wondering why if I try to mug someone in a different prison it tells me I cannot do this. So how does it happen that

MrBli mugged you! he manage to take $65,950 in cash and a Cheeseburger from you!

 He is in Arizona and I am in Jersey? I am level 6, heis level 15. Is there a glitch being exploited? Or is there something I am missing?

He's in AZ now, but he was in NJ, he just power trained it. It takes 24 hours before you're transferred regardless of level.

And he was transferred at 12AM game time, he had all day in NJ

Oh, you can stay in NJ til any level and then get transfered out to the appropriate prison for your level?
