yeah if there just abit better then you are you can allso catch them same as if you are a little better then they are you will sometimes not catch them i allways thought it was based on stm maybe i never had enough stm due to less amens in the cell , just a guess tho

I was going back and forth muggin an inmate on here n sometimes when i would go to the yard to mug them they would be too fast. im pretty sure the speed diff was like 100 mil cause i was on drugs so its def possible. if i wasnt on drugs we had almost identical speed stats i believe. dunno if that helps clarify the ? but hope so.
