Every since the database was backed up. My character does not regain his energy or nerve. I used a chocolate bar and got some nrg off of that.

my nrg doesn't regen too. just log on to see this...

To help ease the load on the server, nrg won't be regenerated if you are inactive for more than 10 hours (either logged in or attacked by someone else). This really isn't a problem considering that your stats can fully regenerate in under an hour. This way, the site can update those who NEED updating instead of updating all 20k players every 5 minutes.

So chances are, you logged on after not being on for a bit and weren't fully regenerated

I see... So if i log on after an entire day off, there's a possibility that i can't do anything unless i spend some items to get some energy... I know that method is good Server-wise but, at the time is sent the first message, i was on for about 1 hour and didn't got any regen, and even worse, my nrg was already at 0. This can be good for server but it's been a pain in the butt to me, and i'm sure i'm not alone on that... If the database i clogged with may inactive accounts, do and account sweep, but please, solve the problem. 

And just for the record, i'm still with 0 NRG and the same 90% stamina...

That is not how it works. If you are online OR your account is active (ie someone attacks you so you lose energy, then your account was active as of that moment). As for energy not updating, I suspect it may be because you are still on the old server. Try logging into http://choopa.prisonblock.com/ and seeing if you see a difference.
