If you have no experience you'd probably mess it up / brick the RGH by going online. it's not easy keeping it an RGH if you don't know what you're doing, And it can be costly as under 20 people know how to RGH any Slim cost is $60 - $140 to get it done. You'd be better off buying an RGH pre-made.

Yeah, you have to find somebody who is selling one. You can check over at xbox360iso.com make an account and scroll down to sales and find a seller. And yes they stay RGH'd, unless you fuck it up and then you have a normal xbox.
