I have just observed, my NRG/STM are not recovering on time, as those use to be. Please help!!

its been over 1:05, still my NRG is not refresh, keep in ur mind i haven't change my cell
It was 20 NRG previously, and still it is 20 NRG, it is not the 1st time i am online from last 3-4 hrs facing same thing!

I posted last msg at 8:37 AM, and its 8:44 AM, and still my nrg is standing at 16 :-s

Looks like mine are also not recovering, I am not using my NRG or STM so that doesn't matter right now
