Perhaps, as a benefit of being respected, you also get the firesale notification in it's old position. Chat for me isn't intrusive so I leave it on regardless but that's one solution I guess. I think it's time they make respected status more worthy of real money anyway, nowadays it's near uselesss.

i think for respected prisoner the fire sale icö should stay the same bcoz they deserve something after paying

It could just be made an event so that everyone gets it but its not screaming firesale in anyone's face

This past firesale went quite well IMO. Many different people got the chance to buy things and the site didn't get slammed. I think, for now, I like it. Plus it rewards the more observant. It's a lot more subtle than yelling FIRESALE from the rooftop and watching everyone run.
