I suggest a higher level crime where if successful an inmate overpowers the surgeon and messes up an opponents face instead of plastic surgery.  Details are as follows:

 

     nerve req.  - 25

     Success - $250

     Fail - Nothing

     Caught - Pumped full of sedative and sent for Psychiatric Evaluation.  Ie.  15 Minutes in isolation

 

     When Gangs are implemented +10 respect points an addition to success money.

This really won't work because crimes don't work that way. Also, money and exp from crimes are determined by how hard the crime is and your level. Arizona doesn't even have 25 Nerve crimes
