New Yard Feedback
I was thinking maybe u could only buy as many as you can fit in your backpack and once those are finished you can buy more also the price of the energy drinks or waters or what ever you are buying can be outrageous, but cheaper depending on rank or prison kinda like the buy out of the infirm system. Example a New Jersey inmates would pay $4k For an Energy Drinks and like $6k for an Energy Drink for an Arizona inmate, but i think the price would have to be lowered for lvls 1-3 as they are still too new to face those type of difficulties maybe they could pay regular price of $3k for an Energy Drink and about bootleg joe i cant see it making it any easier to beat him as it is already very difficult he wins a large percentage of the fights and usually has you in the infirm for 1 hour

^^ lmao tell me about it so am i

im in bcaz of him!!!
I know he can be a beast to fight and chances are against you, but you are getting an amenity for free when other people spend over a dollar in real money to buy something from Joe. I believe that if this happened then the people who make this game possible will lose money. Why would they implement something that would decrease their income?
I'm not sure I read your post correctly, but I could see it working if the items in the yard are 2 or 3 times higher in the yard then they are in the prison. That way their would be an incentive for traveling back to the prison.
PsychoS...A bit of an imbalance i think
Most of the higher levels i've talked to who are using a modified version of their training cell have been able to walk around in Manhattan for hours without needing to use any items from their backpack. Maybe in those "special yards", where the cost of everything seems to be cut in half, the loss of stamina when you're moving around should be increased a bit. I don't think my stamina or energy has ever gone under 95% unless i'm mugging or digging.
With respected status you never have to refill unless you attack/mug in my experience. Even in the regular AZ yard refilling was a rare occasion from normal walking/digging.
PsychoS...even without respected i didn't need to refill
HennyPennyI thought the new bootleg joe thing worked out pretty well, was a huge improvement anyways from before me thinks
hokiefanagreed, I could run around all day on it lookin for Joe and mugging the characters around the city. Walking could definitely use some more stamina to make it more strategic (and not decrease the value so much for the slippers since they really aren't even needed unless for a convienence)
