ive just got all the Strength, defence and speed stats to be eligable for the dishwasher job but its not bringing up the "take job" it says requirements are 700 strength, 500 defence , 600 speed

The requirements are taken from your Base Stats. Are you sure your base stats are all high enough?

ive just unequiped my 2 items and looks like my stats are under the requirement so yeah that must be why .. thanks

Base stats are listed right on the job page. No need to unequip anything.
