just vote everyday - build up ur favors so u can get good nrg/stamina amens for ur cell to start off, then gradually expand ur cell. without a good cell u will suck. and also dont start with people - just train.

what is the best use of NRV, when I am just training in gym.

Dont want to do crime, mug or kill people.

Also what items should I get for my cell in the beginning to get higher energy.

Charmees... It's a prison game. If you don't want to crime, mug, or kill people... you can hang out in the game room, I guess? Explore the yard, vote, etc. I mean most of what these games consist of is interaction with the other players... which isn't always peaceful.

5 Old Toilets seems to be the best option for energy?

those aren't for sale at wardens.where do i get those?

from other players, look into the marketplace forum, they wont be cheap as all 5 of them can run u up to $500 real cash!

also gaming consoles as pretty sweet for your cell, the Wii, Xbox Reg and Slim, PS3 Reg ans Slim and Xbox elite!

$500 is us money which people use 2 buy stuff it's like money but Ur cash is different but good luck!
