Does a higher gain in stats by your cell give you more/less exp, Or does it give exp similiarly and proportionally like lower gains?

the better your trains are it would give more xp,if thats your question.

If i train once and get 1000 stats
If i train 10 times and get 1000 stats
Which will give more EXP? Or are they similiar, Does better gains jut allow u to train quicker?

if your going to use items to train I would save them until you can get some really good trains.but thats just me,people can train with items if they want.
