whitehouse requested a story reporting on the Obama family going on a ski vacation (after their trip to the bahama's) be removed from a website. it was too expensive for the secret service to cover the whitehouse tours, yet it is acceptable for the money to be spent on the secret service while the obama's go carousing around the country on vacation.

we the government tries to control the media, we need to be concerned.

"From the beginning of the administration, the White House has asked news outlets not to report on or photograph the Obama children when they are not with their parents and there is no vital news interest. We have reminded outlets of this request in order to protect the privacy and security of these girls."

Sounds like common sense to me. Seeing as how they are the first kids( and arent with the President ) then its not news and is a safety issue.

thats rediculous shank to think everybody not from the united states on here is 15 , the ones i talk to are grown ass men sayin how fucked up our medical system is !! over there its a right to get treated medically not a privellege for the rich or well insured .. guess you havent spent 4 to 6 hours in our emergency rooms lately like i have ...and how would you know how good their medical system is your over here hoss? other than your fox news and conservative buddies tell you it is ..

ER rooms have a long wait because folks go in there when they get a bad cough, broken finger, etc etc instead of toughing it out for a day and going to the clinic when it opens back up the next day. Because of our entitled population, everything is an emergency if it impairs your ability to comfortably sit on your ass all day.

hmmmm the er room i went to there was no one waiting but us and the person i was with had a piece of chicken stuck in her throat and we waited 4 hrs total before she got the orthoscopy surgey to get it removed .. nope dont sound broke to me man hell of a good system we got !
