Worm,watch the spin..he's not cutting back on ss..he's just changing the formula for future increases,read his plan,it actually increases the middle class tax burden...obamacare,imigration reform,alternative nrg push..theirs still a number of issues that conservatives have with your president...as far as the 5% token appearence of generosity torward the working stiffs..big deal,altho I'm sure it impresses some,especially his accountant when he gets to write it off when he does his 2013 taxes..I also see kerry doing the same,but he's worth a billion,yet docks his yacht in rhode island to skip paying mass. yeah he's fantastic now, we're in great shape since he's giving back $20,000 to the government. What the fuck is that going to do worm, really? Just as he spent a million bucks golfing with Tiger, now he's going to give back $20,000. Quit hanging off his nuts worm. Why doesn't he cut back on some of the staff, or some of the money spent in government.

The sequester was HIS idea. It seems like a sequester is the ONLY WAY we can get both sides of the government to agree on cuts. And everyone has their panties in a twist on this sequester, even though it is a REDUCTION IN THE INCREASE OF GOVERNMENT SPENDING. It isn't even a cut, it is a cut in future spending.

How is that recovery going? Another 660,000 or so folks left the workforce, driving the labor participation rate even lower, now at levels seen in the 1970's. Only added a mere 88,000 jobs or so. Stock market way up, hooray all the rich people getting richer. Gas is expensive as shit, food is getting more expensive. People on disability increasing at a faster rate than in the past.

Our government is too big. I don't understand why it is so tough. I manage a small department and I can look around and find things to cut, problem is we've already trimmed all the low hanging fruit. The government has trimmed NO fat. There is so much fucking fat and waste it isn't funny. Our country is fucked, we've got too many sorry ass waste of life people that are non-productive members of society, a bunch of slugs that sit around collecting government cheese every month. The uninformed voting public is in control now, it's only going to get worse.

I been unsibscribed...the point I'm making is that, its soooooo much other stuff on a local level that needs to be fixed that can be fixed by us but no one is talking about. If the time you guys put into that other than this we could get out there and make a difference! This is just a nag and bitch thread and it makes no fucking sense!
